I am first of all a team player and team builder, an open-minded idea creator and a values-based leader, in the world of research, technology and innovation. I have built up and led interdisciplinary teams exploring emerging game changing technologies, such as hypersonic systems, over the last decade and now in the development of disruptive innovations. Together with IABGs highly-qualified high-performing innovation team I am pushing ideas, technologies and solutions forward in the fields of future (unmanned) mobility, smart society and infrastructures, always under the umbrella of safety and security.

- Accountable for the key figures of the department - Responsible for the strategic development and growth of the department - Management of a team across several departments and coordination of sub-contractors - Recruiting and personal development - Business development and acquisition of new projects - Coordination of R&T activities on national and EU level together with customers, industry partners and research institutes in the fields of missile technology and air & missile defence, including space based early warning, responsive space and hypersonic technologies
- Responsible for technical and scientific assessment of missile systems, including aerodynamics, propulsion, mass & balance, sensors, flight dynamics and operations - Project management and acquisition of new projects
- Responsible for the strategic development and growth of the of the business division “IABG Innovation Centre” - Responsible for the further development of a cross-company innovation process, including the set- up of accelerator projects together with experts of IABG’s operational divisions - Coordination of activities in the fields of new space and responsive space between business units, subsidiaries and partners - Strengthening of the cooperation between IABG and universities, research institutes, industry partners and start-ups - Trend & innovation scouting to support the company’s strategic growth
