Responsible for defining, building and launching STÆDIUM, a completely new connected B2C fitness product. STÆDIUM is a “gym in your living room”, consisting of innovative equipment, smart hardware and software that turns users’ boring home fitness routine into an exciting game. Selected responsibilities and activities: * Create a compelling product vision and evangelize it to the team and stakeholders * Build and lead a cross-functional team of up to 8 employees plus several external experts; hold accountability for 8 different workstreams (from business & marketing across research & design to software & hardware development) * Create innovative and sustainable business model for new product (including target segments, value proposition and marketing channels, amongst others) and determine the crucial steps to make it work * Define roadmap from early discovery through prototyping & testing to market launch * Responsible for creating, collecting and selecting promising ideas based on user research and industry knowledge, as well as prototyping & testing potential solutions * Coordinate company-wide effort for market launch, started successfully with pre-sales campaign in November 2021
