Interim Director for Central Online Marketing at Zalando Lounge, leading three teams comprising 25 members through a critical reorganization. Held full cost center ownership, overseeing FTE and operational cost planning with a budget of up to €1 million. Successfully aligned team development with business objectives, optimized processes to enhance operational efficiency, and achieved strategic marketing outcomes.
