Dr Brinda has 35 years of experience in ISRO. • She joined ISRO in 1989 and specialized in the area of Guidance and Control of Launch Vehicle missions and was with Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), ISRO for 28 long years. • Later she moved to ISRO Telemetry Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) Bengaluru, in 2018 where she was responsible for Mission Critical Software Design for Ground Support of spacecraft and launch vehicle missions. • In 2022, she was elevated as Director, Directorate of Safety Reliability and Quality, in ISRO Head Quarters where she was responsible for the Safety of ISRO infrastructure and facilities, as well as Reliability and Quality assurance of Launch Vehicle and Spacecraft Missions of ISRO. She superannuated from this position on 29th February,2024. •Post retirement, as Prof Satish Dhawan Scientist at ISRO HQ, she was exploring ways to promote the use of Space Technology and best practices in ISRO Quality to enable improvements in Health care sector of India.
