I am a Quality Control leader with experience covering academic research and corporate environments, combining scientific rigor with operational and regulatory excellence in environmental and water quality. I have led internationally recognized research projects, including a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship and DFG-funded initiatives. In my current role at UPM Biochemicals, I established a new Quality Control laboratory, including budget responsibility, implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 17025, and the technical and disciplinary management of a multidisciplinary team. My background in chemistry, environmental sciences, and water quality enables me to analyse complex data, assess quality and compliance risks, and support evidence-based decision-making in research and operational contexts. I work with LIMS and SAP S/4HANA (QM) and have acted as Solution Owner and project lead for SAP–LIMS interface implementations, ensuring data integrity and traceability. I have extensive experience in international and multicultural environments and regularly communicate scientific and technical results to specialist and non-specialist audiences. My leadership approach is based on clarity, accountability, cooperation, and continuous development of people and processes.
