Bettina Hoffmann has over 18 years experience in lecturing and consulting in the field of organizational development, change & communication. Her passion is guiding organizations towards more agility, self-organization, and thus the world of New Work. Since more than 12 years she runs her own business. As a consultant, coach and trainer she is passionate to accompany individuals and organization in processes of change. She is also a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and the HWZ (Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Zürich). Before she started her own business, she worked as a senior consultant for goodwill communication, a strategic communication management consultancy, focusing on DAX 30 companies on C-Levels. Bettina is appreciated for her goal orientation and large variety of methods as well as for her intuition and empathy. She is known to build trustful relationships and to connect easily to all types of personalities as well as to all organizational levels, from blue collars to CEO’s. Bettina studied economics and holds a PhD in Business Administration form the University of St. Gallen. She is a certified coach of the ISB (Institut für systemische Beratung), educated as a conflict coach and holds further educations in TA, ZRM, Beyond Leadership, Mindfullness. She is fluent in German and English.
