Strategic and visionary C-Level Executive with over 30 years of cross-industry experience in Manufacturing, Banking, and IT Services. As a Ph.D.-level Computer Scientist, I bridge the gap between complex technical infrastructure and high-level business strategy. Currently, as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CenterOnDigital, I lead the research and development of cutting-edge security products, most notably SURFACEMON, our proprietary External Attack Surface Management (EASM) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) solution. Prior to my entrepreneurial journey, I served as the CIO of Şişecam, where I spearheaded a global digital transformation for 44 plants across 13 countries, managing an annual IT budget of $55M and a team of 160 professionals. Managed global IT operations for a major industrial group operating in 13 countries with 44 plants and 22,000+ employees. • Strategic Leadership: Developed and executed global IT strategies aligned with corporate objectives, managing an annual IT budget of $55M and a team of 160 IT professionals. • Project Management: Oversaw an average of 145 concurrent IT projects annually, covering Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, and Security. • Operational Excellence: Responsible for all IT resources, Security Risk & Compliance, PMO, and Data Center Management across international operations.

Led technology strategies and infrastructure planning, providing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to ATA Holding companies and external clients.
• Supervised department management functions including resource management, project management and administrative details. • Managed design, implementation, and expert support activities in all Windows-based systems and Document Management areas including more than 1.000 servers providing service to 16.000 users located in Headquarters, Operation Centers, and Regional Centers including 650 branches all around Turkey and abroad.
