Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Cost Improvement group with 6 employees. Cost & Value Engineering for material and manufacturing cost optimization across all product categories: bathroom and kitchen faucets, shower systems. Coordination of more than 150 ongoing projects of varying complexity (component changes, facelifts, new products).
Responsible for the product development process and organization and facilitation of the project portfolio steering committee. Management of strategic technology and product development projects in the field of surge protection devices.
Technical and coordinative leadership of 6 scientists and 4 technicians.
Acquisition, management, and execution of consulting, research, and development projects with a focus on turbomachinery, mechanical and industrial engineering, and tooling. Process development for the automation of manual finishing processes.
