I lead high-impact technology contributions to emergent business transformations, especially those that require sophisticated thought around design, data, automations and AI. My skills lie not only in setting up strategic approaches to technology experiences, but also in establishing capability for progressive technology teams that incorporate UX/CX and Service Design skills. I'm all about lean approaches - my goal on a Product or Technology team is to get the highest impact on delivering value to the product or business. And then we do it again, and again! My process involves capturing user, employee or customer behaviour in insightful ways so that viable, usable, desirable and feasible solutions can be rapidly delivered. I have refined this process through work on all kinds of digital platforms, marketplaces, websites, CRMs, products, technology platforms and services, drawing on a range of different practices, methods and techniques. Achieving outcomes for me is a collaborative process, and I thrive working with diverse subject-matter experts, business execs, technologists, designers and problem-solvers from many different professional backgrounds. I'm not a fan of cookie-cutter/ superficial approaches to design or technology so if you are looking for a techbro to drive your business in the wrong direction, keep looking!
