At DeepUp I was responsible for helping SaaS product managers and development teams to grow in a dynamic B2B environment. I drove the evolution of the companies OKR system, successfully reducing goal fragmentation and enhancing focus across teams. Finally I owned feature delivery projects from PRD to go-live.
As a Product Owner I successfully improved the key metrics for the AI-based personalized recipe recommendations on a leading B2C recipe platform with over three million international users (Cookidoo / Thermomix). I worked closely with Product Management to shape the product roadmap and define strategic priorities and collaborated with agile devops teams on product discovery and iterative improvements.
As Agile Coach at Vorwerk I was responsible for driving the agile transformation and organizational change in a complex enterprise environment. I enabled multiple cross-functional development teams, Product Owners and Product Managers to build strong product visions, outcome-oriented roadmaps and discovery practices. I contributed to the growth of a company-wide agile mindset and improved collaboration between Product and Engineering. I helped shaping the company’s transformation strategy as part of the agile transformation team.
As an IT transformation consultant for insurance companies in Germany and Austria, I have worked on various topics related to program management, organizational development and introducing scaled agility to project-driven organizations.
