Responsibility for processes (aseptic and non-aseptic), equipment, personnel (300+), budget and GMP requirements. This includes batch documentation, equipment qualification and regulatory readiness in the production area for regulatory bodies worldwide (e.g. US FDA, EU / AGES, China). Strong focus on Operational Excellence and key projects (e.g. establishment of a biosimilar production).
