As a medical officer and 24hr emergency duty doctor, I managed an OPD load of 100-120 on a daily basis, comprising of pediatrics, adult and geriatric patients. Managed and counselled patients for complete spectrum of diseases including Infectious, Non Communicable - Hypertension/Diabetes Mellitus, Obstetrics and gynecological cases, pediatric conditions and Medical Emergencies. Applying critical thinking and time management, provided initial stabilization and timely referral to a higher centre as per need for the above cases. Management and complete treatment of patients admitted in wards.
