I have the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic partner for International entities & Enterprise business units to develop the business technology strategy, overall portfolio management, service management and relationship management. In addition to portfolio management I have the overall responsibility of planning, leading, organizing and motivating agile delivery teams within the area of enterprise & International Business functions and to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects according to the strategy of the International & Enterprise support functions. I also take care of aligning the current setup and priorities of the Agile teams to the business strategy and managing the relation of the IT teams with their product owners and their line managers. Implemented strategies Review current business and technology architecture, Identify opportunities and areas for improvement Domain expertise in IT end-to-end process, Project Management, Call centre solutions, e-channel projects, mobility projects, ERP implementations, regulatory reporting At a level of the enterprise support functions, leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple Agile teams which require integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams. Being a team leader I’m playing a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools and coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team. In situations that require a hybrid Agile approach, using good judgment and skill recommend a project management approach that is suitable for planning and managing the effort to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints. Manage the overall delivery squads and teams under International & Enterprise business function e.g. SCRUM masters coaching and training, provide escalation path and guidance, squad approvals of additional budget required Plan Ramp up plans and execute them with business stakeholders Implement Agile Rollout for Egypt Entity by converting the existing IT development team in Egypt to Agile, coach and train them to deliver expected business value.
