A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and Development, Daniel began his career at Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate), where he played a pivotal role in the development of over 24 million square feet of industrial/logistics space, totaling more than $4.4 billion in new projects. His expertise spans from sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities to managing full project life cycles, including land acquisitions and tenant/development partner relationships. During his tenure, Daniel took on the crucial task of establishing Affinius Capital's presence in Mexico, fostering relationships with top developers, brokers, and service providers to create a solid foothold in the region. He played an instrumental role in structuring and pitching investment strategies to potential investors, further advancing his expertise in the financial and strategic aspects of large-scale development projects. Additionally, his work extended into portfolio management, capital markets, asset management, and dispositions, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate lifecycle.
