•Led Solid Waste Warehouse Construction Projects from project charter preparation to warehouse handover. •Applied Agile principle to divide complex Site Level Material Flow Project to 4 independent projects: Reduced 20% raw material inventory by collaborating with planning team and procurement team. Designed VMI process for raw material with high priority, finally reduced out of stock rate from 10% to 5%.
