Using Systems Biology approaches to study low-dossage effects in different rat models. Biochemical reaction networks are manually constructed based on both literature and omics data. These networks are used for mathematical modelling and will fit in the Adverse Outcome Pathway framework (AOP). AOP are nowadays used to predict adverse effects of toxic compounds.
