After 15 years playing different roles in five Metro companies, I am excited to move on to my next adventure. I am grateful to all the wonderful people I had the opportunity to work with and learn so much from in my various roles and will always carry with me fond memories of the challenges, the great successes and those moments we were able to laugh at ourselves (as well as those moments that didn't seem funny at the time but provided a good laugh in hindsight;). My job satisfaction comes from creating success: * Creating financial success for stakeholders through aggressive sales and sound strategy * Seeing how people I mentor achieve financial success beyond their expectation while growing personally and professionally. Some achievements since completing my MBA at Wharton: * rolled up my sleeves together with some of our original Metro partners to build Park 2.0 (a.k.a. Sun IP) from infancy to become a dominant force in the global patent management space dominating global patent filing and IP maintenance services. * Transformed a toy company from a struggling family business to a leader in the special education market providing thought leadership and innovation while growing sales team from 7 to 25 individuals and increasing customer value by 1000% and overall revenue by 500% in 5 years. * Led Sun IP Sales from stagnation to 250% growth and exit.

I had the good fortune to join Sun IP when it was in its infancy, with a great system in place but only starting off on becoming the powerhouse it currently is in the market. I worked closely with the sales team on a daily basis, honing in sales skills and strategy for a small group of motivated and talented individuals. Within a few years, Sun IP became a dominant force in the market, well known within the industry for its quality, customer service and can-do positive attitude. The sales people I had the privilege to work with will continue carrying the company forward to greater and greater achievements. It was an honor and a pleasure and I will continue to cherish the people for their dedication and friendship.
