About

I am a Partner at Hogan Lovells. My practice focusses on issues related to the structuring, establishment and distribution of onshore and offshore investment funds, including credit funds, infrastructure funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, as well as funds of funds, master-feeder and Shariah-compliant structures. My practice includes fundraising on behalf of sponsors and/or fund managers, the negotiation of legal documentation on behalf of institutional investors (mainly sovereign funds, pension funds, development finance institutions and family offices) and the regulatory aspects of these operations in Europe and the Middle East. I earned my Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (C.A.P.A.) from the Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris, France in 2012 and my Master Degree in Finance and Strategy (with a major in International Business) from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) in 2012. I also earned a Master Degree in business law from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris 2 in 2009 and my Licence in French private law from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris 2 in 2007. I am fluent in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Algerian Arabic dialect (darija).
