• Overall P+L responsible for ensuring a +7,000 Crores (+$900 Mil) turnover and maintaining >70% EBITDA / annum. • Directly manage 9 separate / independent terminal businesses (including 2 JV’s) plus supporting services across 26 departments through 10 direct reports that lead a combined staff (on-rolls + outsourced) of >9,300 persons. • Oversee operations delivering +160MMT /annum (6.5M TEUS, 35MMT Coal, 28MMT Liquid, 10MMT Dry). • Outline and implement the 5-year operational growth strategy across the port to support the overall growth strategy. • Manage local and regional external stakeholders (Gov’t, Customs, Rail Operators, Shippers Associations, etc.) • Deliver relentless cost optimization throughout the entire port to ensure 100 points better than budget on EBITDA year-on-year and provide a continual 10% increase in productivity. • Administratively responsible for the Adani Hospital, Airport, School, and colony within the 15,000-hectare SEZ.
