Designed, tested, deployed, and maintained integral web and desktop software systems which supported the day-to-day business needs of the Secretary of State, both regular duties and special projects guided by the Secretary of State. Rebuilt the Business and Licensing Apostilles and Certificate of Authentication intranet application.
