Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts in the construction industry, including developers, architects, engineers, construction managers, and general contractors. Address construction challenges related to scheduling, variable labor costs, total cost of ownership, value engineering, building performance, LEED accreditation, and sub–contractor selection. We do this by leveraging our relationships with the different business within CRH. CRH Americas is North America's largest building products and materials companies. Operations include more than 1,600 locations in 56 states and 7 Canadian provinces. CRH North America has 40,000 employees. CRH North America is comprised of two groups, CRH Americas Materials is the leading supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mix concrete, cement, and construction and paving services in the United States and Canada. Manage the preconstruction process for various commercial construction projects ranging in values of up to $65 million. Develop preliminary construction project cost and labor budgets, and schedules. Present proposals to clients for review and consideration. Negotiate term and conditions of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
