I help California school districts deliver facilities projects with clarity, accountability, and confidence. My work sits squarely on the owner’s side of the table. With senior leadership experience inside a public school district and now supporting K–12 delivery from the construction side, I understand how capital projects must function within district governance, bond commitments, Education Code requirements, and public transparency. I focus on aligning district priorities, budgets, and schedules with delivery strategies that actually work in practice. That includes open-book preconstruction, realistic phasing on active campuses, early risk identification, and clear communication that supports informed Board and executive decision-making. I’m known for: Advocating for owner interests throughout planning and delivery Translating bond language and district goals into executable scopes Supporting predictable outcomes under public scrutiny Coordinating architects, engineers, and builders around district expectations Protecting learning environments while work is underway My approach is practical, disciplined, and relationship-driven. I value long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and follow-through, not salesmanship. I enjoy working with Superintendents, CBOs, Facilities Directors, and project teams who take stewardship seriously and want facilities that support students and communities for decades to come.
