At Zilch, I joined pre-seed as the first product hire (employee #13) and grew with the business through its Series C. As VP Product and General Manager of Zilch's largest business unit, I owned the full P&L on a product that scaled from $1M to $100M in monthly GMV, led the turn to positive unit economics, and led the company's US market launch, relocating from London to Miami to build the US product team. I also served as Interim CPO at The Lucky Group, a consumer mortgage fintech, where I authored the group product strategy and led MVP delivery. Co-founded SuprFi to rebuild consumer lending for home services, part of a $700B+ market, from the ground up as an AI-native platform, rather than traditional workflow software with AI bolted on. SuprFi originates small, high volume, unsecured installment loans, embedded directly into contractor workflows. Our thesis: that agentic AI materially changes the economics of consumer lending - collapsing origination costs, enabling conversational borrower onboarding, and automating underwriting and operations in ways that weren't possible a cycle ago. As Co-Founder & CPTO, I own product and technology end-to-end: • Authored the full product and technology architecture, centered on a four-agent AI system covering the end-to-end loan lifecycle: Technician Assistant, Borrower Agent, Underwriting Agent, and Operations Agent. • Built the MVP using agentic orchestration across Twilio SMS (conversational onboarding), Plaid (identity and income verification), and other 3rd party tools. • Scoped agent responsibilities, tool use, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths. Operating at the frontier of what's possible with multi-agent systems in regulated consumer finance. • Led capital-side readiness: Plaid compliance questionnaire, Twilio 10DLC / A2P registration, and core loan origination workflows. Built and led a 7-person executive team (product, engineering, marketing) within a total org of 80 employees. Led Zilch's US market launch and relocated to Miami to build the US product team. Head of Product (2021–2022) - London: Promoted onto the executive leadership team. Staffed product org to 15 PMs and designers. Owned product strategy behind the debit card launch and in-store tap-to-pay product. Senior Product Manager (2020–2021) - London: First product hire, pre-seed. Launched the web app out of beta and led the mobile app build from scratch to the #1 position in Apple and Google Play Finance categories. Managed requirements across 8 scrum teams pre-Series A before building out the PM function.
