I have been employed in the oil and gas industry for more then twenty years and have acquired a broad range of knowledge and expertise in many different aspects of the business from exploration drilling to well production services. I have spent the last 15 years in a supervisory position, with strong leadership and relationship-building skills, training and mentoring new or inexperienced employees to become respected, competent and knowledgeable personnel in the industry and an asset to the business as well as the customer. Areas of expertise include drill floor operations, casing running operations and the maintenance of all related equipment, well completions and de-completions, installation, removal and maintenance of surface wellhead & Xmas tree equipment, inventory control, warehouse duties, service tool inspection and re-building, shipping & receiving duties of offshore equipment and parts to name a few. I am currently employed but am seeking to expand my portfolio and undertake new challenges as I move into the next chapter of my life.

February 2010 to Current – - Perform duties in the installation, repair, removal, and maintenance of wellhead equipment - Install, repair and maintain equipment at the well site. Perform valve repair, valve lubrication, and wellhead upgrading. - Supervise crews as required to complete ongoing workscopes - Repair, assemble, test, maintain tools, and customer equipment. - Organize, select, and arrange shipment of equipment. - Prepare service tickets, job reports and detailed Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements. - Promote and perform any field service oriented sales and maintain a confident customer relationship for the company. - Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Perform other related duties as required
- Attend project meetings to assist with the equipment selection - Be responsible for the effective planning of all tools / rental equipment utilized by the customer. - Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with internal and external customers providing technical support and advice as required. - Be capable of identifying all Tools / Equipment under his supervision. Up-Date and maintain the tool tracking system on the AS400 and the sales order system also on the AS400 system - Up-Date and maintain the lifting equipment tracking system ensuring all equipment certification is maintained. - Raises and prepares tool repair work orders (RTRs). Using the departmental system and PIMS to include the relevant drawings, procedures and the relevant Risk assessment form - Safety and Environmental Awareness. Inspect all in-coming containers and equipment for hazardous goods and chemicals - Maintain departmental risk assessments. - Be responsible for arranging transportation and the loading and off loading of trucks. Ensuring the safe storage of tools and upkeep of yard area. Complying with all safety and risk assessment procedures. - Raise third party POs liaise with third party Vendors. Ensuring that all certification is current and complies with all requirements. Maintain records of all certification for traceability - Interface with internal and external customers to identify their requirements. - Comply with UKOOA Regulations and dangerous goods certification when shipping equipment - Maintain system to control certification of tools - equipment / third party equipment. - Responsible for storage and maintenance of tools - equipment.
