About

I began my policing career in 1994 with Caledon OPP engaged in general law enforcement. I then commenced duties on a high visibility traffic enforcement team, then trained as a Technical Collision Investigator, and Collision Reconstructionist where I investigated several hundred fatal and serious injury vehicle collisions. I was promoted to Sergeant in 2006 while in this unit, then in 2008 I developed and managed a Criminal Interdiction Team throughout the GTA. I acted as Staff Sergeant in Port Credit in 2012 and was promoted to Staff Sergeant-Operations Manager of Burlington Detachment in December 2012. I took over as Acting Inspector, Detachment Commander in April 2014 and was promoted to Inspector in June 2015. In 2018, while Inspector in Burlington, I assumed the role of Detachment Commander of both Burlington and Niagara Detachments, with approximately one hundred uniform and civilian members. During 2018 and 2019, I assumed numerous Acting Superintendent roles in Regional Headquarters in Aurora as well as in Provincial Traffic Operations in General Headquarters, Orillia.
