Flight Academy: •Trace amendments and revisions in national and international aviation rules related to cockpit training and revise flight crew training documents (OM-D, ATO-OM/TM, procedures, forms, bulletins, instructions) in accordance with management. •Conduct all kind of activities and correspondence with the TR-DGCA. •Provide information and documents related to the cockpit training required for DGCA special authorization applications. Compliance: •Preparare, supervise and coordinate for internal and/or external audits and coordinate all audit issues and ensure that the performed trainings are in compliance with national and international rules. •Analyze the findings revealed in the audits with root causes, share corrective actions with responsibles and take necessary precautions for findings to resolve and not be repeated. •Perform planned and unplanned audits to Flight Academy Managements, report the findings, track and control of corrective actions. •Perform compliance audits to outsourced training service providers. •Perform Simulator User Approval Audits before applying the simulator service and to the TR-DGCA. •Management of department process flows. •Managing Flight Academy E-Reports. •Monitor the compliance and follow up the issues related to compliance and to report to the Compliance Monitoring Management. •As a delegated aditor, coordinate requests from the Compliance Monitoring Department. •Report the data resulting from KPI’s for the measurement and evaluation process of the training. Departmental Engineering: •Carry out annual budget activities. •Help in department software development process. •Measure and evaluate, study, report and make proposals to improve the quality of training and evaluate performance, of all elements related to the training system and publish reports for feedback from the beginning to the end of the training process including all stages of training.
