Meister’s IT operations benefit from expertise in IT management, planning, and network troubleshooting. Part of the IT & Security Team: • IT Support Service Desk • Licensing and access management • Writing & editing documentation for new processes, new system walkthroughs and guides • Configuration, management, monitoring and troubleshooting of office network with MikroTik and Ubiquiti Unifi setup (UDM, Swiches and APs) • Monitoring and troubleshooting of Google Meet devices (central management with Google Admin and Logitech Sync) • Research, testing and implementation of new IT systems (ITAM, UEM, SaaS License Management etc..) based on functionalities, value and business requirements • Implementation, management and troubleshooting of VMware Workspace ONE UEM (previously also Hexnode UEM), deployment of new policies, update and patch management for macOS and Windows. Scripts and Freestyle Orchestrator • Implementation and management of ITAM (IT Asset Management) software • Experience with Jira Service Desk, configuration of flows, SLAs and integrations with Slack and ITAM • Responsibility of ordering new IT hardware and communicating with vendors • Google Admin management of users, policies, security profiles and implementation of SAML with various platforms we use (e.g. Looker, Slack, AssetSonar, Workspace ONE UEM etc.) • IT onboardings/offboardings • Engaged in ISO:27001 audits and implementation of rules and procedures
▪ Network Administrator - Managing company's WAN and LAN with Mikrotik Routers, Point-To-Point connections and firewall rules ▪ VoIP Monitoring - Maintaining the VoIP connection and call quality ▪ ViciDIAL Management - Creating & Managing Campaigns, Lists, Users, Call Transferring ▪ Web Designer - Created company's website as well as few other websites for online marketing purposes ▪ Online Marketing (Landing page design, Analytics & Tracking, Optimization, Lead Capturing) ▪ Social Media Managements - Creating and Managing company's Social Media Profiles and create several marketing campaigns on them ▪ Linux Administrator - Asterisk and FreePBX installation and management, installation of 3 Linux servers, troubleshooting and maintenance ▪ Windows User Management - Managing over 100 Windows Users in two locations, licencing, troubleshooting, connectivity etc.
