- Reestablish APJ marketing; - Align Sales & Marketing in country goals, objectives, execution plan and ROI; - Set up; manage each strategic country marketing budget, expenses and result monitoring; - Successfully achieved 3 product awards (1 in Asia, 1 in China and 1 in Korea)in the region.
- Leading and re-invent Asia Pacific Marketing and Channel Marketing team. - Align regional marketing direction and tactic with HQ marketing. - Align regional marketing plan with direct and channel sales strategy; develop joint promotion plan with internal team and strategic resellers. - Develop lead gen. lead track and measurement system in APAC. - Redevelop channel program (channel onboard; channel joint promotion; channel communication and retention). - Drive Regional Channel and high touch sales promotion. - Participate in Global Marketing reorganisation. - Drive global product launch.

- Being a key member in the Asia Pacific team to turn around the regional operation from deficit with tremendous stock to the most profitable region. - Set up Asia Pacific Marketing headquarters in Hong Kong. - Provide marketing support: Branding; Channel Marketing; Event Management; Marcom; PR; throughout the region. - Built Blue Coat branding and awareness in the region. - Deliver continuous PR programmes in the region. - Localized and deliver roadshow in the region to generate positive Brand awareness, generated lead and customer intimacy. - Carried out comprehensive new product introduction in the region. - Created and delivered channel program, co-op program in Asia Pacific region; convinced HQ management, marketing and finance to support those programs. - Working with sales team/independently in channel recruitment, selection, training, management and retention.
