About

I am passionate about social justice. I have unwavering commitment to making human rights real particularly for the marginalized such as women. I hold an LL.M in Law and Development from University of Warwick. My vision is inspired by my gender , legal and human rights background, coupled with vast experience in socio-legal research, lobbying, advocacy and exposure to the dynamics of development paradigms, currently played on an unlevelled playing field. To this end my objective is to serve within organizations that would give currency to these ideals. I am founder and Director of Women to Women Development Consultancy working in Law, Gender and Development. I served as Regional Coordinator, for Women’s Legal Rights Initiative Project responsible for six Southern African Countries of Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Mozambique, South Africa and Swaziland. I am the founding National Coordinator of Women and Law in Southern Africa Trust (Swaziland) where I conducted and supervised action research in different family law areas, leading to several co-authored publications. I founding of officer of the Legal Aid Clinic of Council of Swaziland Churches now Justice and Peace Department.
