• Deliver high-quality, professional, friendly workplace support for the Faculty’s academics, graduate researchers and professional staff with a focus on improving the workplace experience • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to ensure the effective operation of spaces • Championing workplace etiquette and guidelines, ensuring they’re effectively communicated and being followed • Ensure effective and timely resolution of workplace and facility service issues • Proactively identify opportunities and implement improvements in the workplace experience • Assist with the handover duties required post practical completion of all major and minor building projects to operationalise the space, including updating access control door groups and profiles and liaising with project managers/builders on defects
