Took customer calls in the Customer Call center and worked with the different modalities in Philips such as: Ultrasound – Performed scans and attended training sessions on the basics of Ultrasound. X -ray – Under supervision, repaired a C-arm Fluoroscopy Veradius Machine replacing the SCPU and ensuring correct function and operation, while exposed to the operation and theory on Philips X-ray machines. Nuclear Medicine - Under supervision, took customer calls in tech support, and solved problems remotely. CT- Loaded Philips software on CT systems and took customer calls within tech support, solving problems over the phone. If a problem cannot be solved over the phone, a FSE (Field Service Engineer ) is paged to solve the problem Physically.
