• Project Manager for the North Plains Connector (NPC), a late-stage development $6 billion, 420-mile HVDC transmission line between Montana and North Dakota • Integral team member who ensures smooth operations and support across various roles through work overseeing development planning, permitting, budgeting, and scheduling • Maintain presence in project area and work with local stakeholders to ensure feedback is incorporated into project. Includes organizing and implementing 2024-2025 landowner and stakeholder meetings (34 total). • Supported successful grant applications to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE): including $700 million to the Montana Department of Commerce (Grid Resilience and Innovation Partnerships program) and $50 million to Guymon Public Schools (Transmission Siting and Economic Development program) • Led document drafting and preparation for the on-time submittal of Federal and Montana permitting documents in Fall 2024, beginning a joint NEPA-MEPA process between the DOE and the MT Dept of Environmental Quality. Supported similar process for ND Public Service Commission in Feb 2026. • Led drafting and submittal of the first-of-its-kind NPC Tribal Resource Report to the DOE for NEPA permitting.
