Function entailed the below responsibilities and tasks but was not limited to: • Heavily involved in the relocation of the MSS Logistics from The Hague to Rotterdam • Established and organized new warehouse in Rotterdam (1500 m2) • Set up of the MSS and Standardized VSAT warehouse • Optimizing stock levels • Customer service, internal and external knowledge base • Hardware order process and shipping worldwide • Responsible for Rotterdam warehouse stock level's of MSS and VSAT hardware • Stock replenishment for external warehouses • In charge of inbound logistics for Rotterdam warehouse • Consolidation of the outbound containers • Helping sales with product knowledge • Responsible for duty phone to support field engineers after office hours
