Act as interim CFO for a decentralised identity company (20-50 employees). Built in-depth investor reporting from scratch to support steering and fundraising process. Automated monthly reporting, replacing manual Excel processes with a centralised data model.

Joined as interim finance director during the TIER Mobility merger with Dott, one of the largest micro-mobility consolidations in Europe. Managed tax compliance continuity across the combined entity during the transition period. Designed the post-merger tax structure and standardised processes.
