At Quince, my focus is on catalyzing growth within the Men's Footwear and Accessories division by deploying data analytics and consumer insights to curate high-quality, ethically sourced products. This role builds on my extensive experience at Tecovas, where I was instrumental in defining and commercializing a net new direct-to-consumer product line that resonated with both the current Tecovas consumer as well as a new consumer targets. I lead and scale multi-category Footwear and Accessories businesses at Quince, owning end-to-end strategy, product creation, and growth across Men’s Footwear, Bags, Belts, Socks, Soft Accessories, and new category expansion. -Built and operated a 130-style assortment across footwear and accessories, delivering 60 net-new launches in first year while maintaining 4.7+ average customer ratings -Established footwear as a scalable growth engine, launching 31 net-new styles and building the systems required to grow a high-volume, repeatable footwear business. Achieved 6-figure revenue in Year 1. -Scaled Men’s Bags, Belts, and Socks, including 22% YoY growth in Socks and a 52% reduction in returns through a full refit and relaunch -Drove high-judgment decision making by pitching 85 New Product Concepts with an 81% approval rate -Identified, pitched, and secured approval for four new growth platform across new footwear types, sports equipment, and outdoor recreation- each built as material, multi-million-dollar categories with executive backing -Led complex, cross-functional category builds spanning product development, packaging, compliance, merchandising, and strategic external partners -Peer-nominated as an inaugural Onboarding Advocate, helping improve onboarding systems and accelerate time-to-impact for new merchandising hires I specialize in building scalable product platforms- combining product intuition, financial rigor, and cross-functional leadership to unlock durable growth.

Hired directly by Founder and CEO as the first hire tasked with executing a product & launch strategy for three top secret (at the time), brand new product lines; Tecovas Work, Tecovas Rugged, and Tecovas Everyday Western boots. -Built and Managed GTM strategy to instill a timeline leading up to Rugged's October launch and Work's December launch including Sketch Reviews, Proto Reviews, Development Trips, 3rd party Wear Testing and ASTM Testing, and cross-functional efforts with Marketing, PR, and Sourcing teams. -Directed buy quantities with Planning team to tailor supply to demand based on Retail rollout and OTB budgets. -Led and managed team of designers across all Briefings, Sketch Reviews, Proto Reviews, and Tech Pack Handoffs -Responsible for R&D budgeting including last development, outsole mold openings, and innovation (TEC System) molds for Work & Rugged product lines. -Built Product Feature and Innovation strategy, responsible for creating Tecovas' proprietary TOTAL ENERGY COMMAND Insole System and the MuckOFF Tread technologies. -Managed working relationship with new factory partner, with multiple Development trips to Asia, to execute successful Proto Reviews and Commercialization -Built and oversaw small assortment of Work Accessories
First hire brought to the company to implement and launch BBC International's Merchandising Division. Oversee Merchandising for: -Polo Ralph Lauren Footwear (Kids Footwear and Adults Slippers) -CHAMPION Footwear (Adults and Kids Footwear) Main Responsibilities: -Report directly to the President of BBC Seth Campbell -Build and Implement Merchandising strategy and framework for BBC -Oversee Product line building, Lifecycle Management, and Product Distribution across all retail channels. -Lead all business reviews and strategy sessions with our Licensors, focusing on both short term growth as well as long range planning for the business's next 12-24 months. -Led all Sell-In Meetings with Buyers from WSS, Footlocker Inc (& Champs), Academy, Journeys, and Macy’s/Finish Line (among others). Highly unstructured role that requires confidence and business acumen to bring a new division to a company and follow through on the strategy I build to increase revenue and product efficiency across all licensed brands.
Sr. Product Manager managing Men’s Training and Performance Essentials product lines, as well as a large focus in top line strategy and marketing efforts for the Run/Train Footwear business unit. -Manage a business currently totaling 3-5 million pairs per calendar year. -Oversee strategic direction and new product launches for business unit -Marketing Liaison acting as the main connection between product and marketing including product direction, presence at photo shoots, and direct work with signed Athletes -Oversee all CrossFit efforts including key partnerships with Sam Kwant and Chandler Smith, selling and informing at our Train PUMA booth at the CrossFit Games, and go to market strategies for key launches like Fuse, Fuse 2.0, and other exciting launches to come.
With the Running/Training Business Unit being headquartered in Boston, I was chosen by Senior Management as the first employee and leader in creating a Running/Training footwear wing in our Global Headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany designed to perfectly meet the intricate needs of the European, Chinese, and Japanese markets. Main responsibility being building and maintaining relationships with key accounts through identifying business needs and pockets of opportunity, with the ability to create quick-strike programs to meet those needs. Other responsibilities include key account meetings, product presentations, executing footwear briefs based on color/material/upper direction needs, and most importantly maintaining a competitive go-to-market timeline to hit opportunities as they come. -Achieved 3650% growth from 20k pairs annually (PO's) to 750k (forecasted) within the first 12 months -Built framework for a Germany-based role and team that still exists and excels to this day
Product Line Manager on a team responsible for product creation and management of Running/Training footwear globally. Part of a smaller pod on that team narrowly focusing on Men's Training footwear as well as much of our Essentials line. Work cross-functionally with other teams such as Design, Development, Marketing, as well as other footwear business units within the company to ensure a cohesive Running/Training footwear line that covers business needs globally, as well as attacking opportunities in key markets. Solely responsible for product briefing, database and life-cycle management, as well as ensuring a smooth go-to-market plan for all Men's Training and Contemporary Essentials footwear.
