Dominique Stumpf is the chief executive officer for the National Pest Management Association. The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) represents 5,500 members across the globe. In this role Dominique is charged with setting and meeting NPMA’s objectives and strategies for future growth and continued success. While guiding the industry into the future, she is also responsible for the financial health and growth of the organization as well as continuing and building strong relationships with members, state associations, affiliated organizations and other key stakeholders.
Dominique Stumpf is the chief executive officer for the National Pest Management Association. The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) represents 7,000 members across the globe. In this role Dominique is charged with setting and meeting NPMA’s objectives and strategies for future growth and continued success. While guiding the industry into the future, she is also responsible for the financial health and growth of the organization as well as continuing and building strong relationships with members, state associations, affiliated organizations and other key stakeholders. Over her 19 year tenure with NPMA, she most recently was the chief operating officer where her role encompassed a variety of functions including meetings, communications, marketing, membership, education and human resources. She also served as the executive director of the Canandian Pest Management Association and the Structural Pest Management Association of Ontario. Additionally, she served as the staff liaison for two of the association’s key interest groups - the Leadership Development Group (LDG), which is instrumental in developing the next generation of leadership for the association and the pest management industry and the Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM), which was created to both help women grow in their pest management careers as well as recruit women into the industry. Dominique also serves on the Quality Pro Board of Directors, Professional Pest Management Alliance Board of Directors and Pest Management Foundation Board of Trustees. In her free time, Dominique enjoys gardening, reading, golf, relaxing outdoors with her family and friends, and traveling domestically and internationally with her husband of 12 years, Matt. They enjoy a family of animals with two Shiba Inus, Guinness and Stella and a Macaw, Sadie-bird.
