Responsible for a team of 6 account handlers. In this role I drive them towards their KPI's. I report KPI and financial results to my management. Responsible for implementation of new customers. Enable my team to provide an excellent service towards to customer and create opportunities for the business to grow.
The upset of this job is to audit and advise branches on how to adhere to our business processes. This throughout the branches mainly in APAC, IMEA & ANZ. Result were reported back in to the business and followed up. As an addition to this I also supported in UAT testing of the operational systems and new developments.
As a specialist I'm responsible for training of the end users of our systems. I follow up on the adherence to our standard process and take corrective actions. At those moments an assessment in made and the necessary trainings will be done. I'm also responsible for the User Acceptance Testing.
Responsible for a team of 5 members. We are taking care of consolidation for both import and export goods for a big chemical client. I guarantee our level of quality and report personal, team and client KPI's on a regular basis.
