- First point of contact for global network of member firms and service delivery center for coordinating client immigration support, implementing processes and identifying issues - Creating and reviewing training materials for existing processes (e.g. invoicing across regions, available tool usage, process blueprints) and course-correct accordingly - Evaluating and reporting on SLA delivery processes, client and employee experience satisfaction for consistent and measurable delivery of quality - Project completion of global / regional immigration training materials, creation of country-specific immigration compliancy and available material database for better facilitating international immigration recruitment practices - Relationship building with relevant stakeholders through weekly meetings to coordinate and strategize on potential escalations, ad hoc problem solving and general program improvement.
- Contribute to the monitoring of and reporting on EU policy developments - Assist in the coordination of media relations and lobby campaigns - Assist in the development of external newsletters and other PR tools - Participate in the organisation and delivery of events - Attend and report on external meetings - Assist in the implementation of the strategic and operational work programme.
- Perform transfers & transactions, handle direct cash flow - First point of contact, identify potential client issues and address them - client management - General secretarial duties; document filing, manage client & company e-mails, plan appointments... - Any additional duties required in the office environment
ISF-PMO: Informal Settler Families-Project Management Organization - Fieldwork: collect and register data on informal settlers on site. - Office duties: cross-reference, check and file collected data, revise presentations, aid in smooth execution of events.
