RSA is the French Experimental Aircraft Association, created in 1920 (see www.rsafrance.com ) RSA-Nav is a branch of RSA in charge of verifying the navigability of amateur-built aircrafts on behalf of national authorities. I am the volunteer member in charge of ensuring the conformity of the operations with rules and regulations.
The company is a subsidiary of Eco-emballages, both companies are involved in the French packaging recycling scheme, by collecting "green dot" fees from packagers and funding the local authorities for the gathering and valorization of used packaging from consumers. Adelphe is operating since 1993 and it has been again approved by the French Government in Dec 2010 and is entitled to operate till end of 2016.
