      Focus: brand development (M·A·C Cosmetics) I developed an expansion strategy for M·A·C Cosmetics for the German market which was approved throughout the EMEA region and implemented successfully. Part of the strategy was the establishment of the Expansion Manager position for which I was selected and regularly exceeded the key goals of the brand. My focus was business development, consumer coverage (multichannel), and managing the retail portfolio. Responsible for the brand distribution in the German Market, I identified risks and opportunities along with growth drivers and analyzed the profitability of strategic options.
