I have learned how to adapt quickly from moving from a big city to work on a farm in rural Iowa, with no previous agricultural experience. I have had to make decisions that will effect the outcome of a job and/or it's crew when I was a foreman for a landscaping company managing a crew. I have also had to deal with thinking straight even in stressful situations while being an EMT at a major hospital in Denver. All of these experiences have made me adapt to change and they build on one another to help me become the best worker I can be in whatever situation I happen to be in.
