After living in the UK for 15 years, I am fully bilingual in English and Polish, which allows me to support diverse candidates and communicate effectively across teams and cultures. What drives me most is creating a positive and meaningful candidate experience. I believe recruitment is not just about filling roles, it’s about understanding people, listening carefully, and ensuring every individual feels valued throughout the process. I’m naturally curious, stubborn in the best way, and constantly seeking opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.
