Coordination of the recruitment processes: • Presenting new profiles to the Hiring Managers. • Communicating with Hiring Managers regarding feedback after profile reviews and interviews. • Gathering candidate and HM availability and scheduling interviews. • Liaising with recruitment agencies to track the status of recruitment processes. • Handling internal hiring processing Administrative & HR Support: • Managing and inputting HR-related invoices in the internal system. • Supporting the HR reporting process by gathering data and preparing reports. • Assisting in employee onboarding, including document preparation and process coordination. • Creating and updating onboarding materials, checklists, and procedures. • Supporting HR initiatives such as company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication efforts. Process Improvement & Initiatives • Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate administrative HR tasks. • Assisting in the development of best practices for recruitment coordination and onboarding. • Conducting market research on HR trends and suggesting innovative solutions. • Proactively gathering employee feedback on HR processes and proposing enhancements. • Supporting employer branding initiatives, such as internal communication related to HR activities.
• Recruiting the best IT specialists for the banking sector. • Identifying recruitment needs in close collaboration with the managers. • Posting job ads on social media, and the company's website. • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Database etc. • Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and soft skills. • Selecting the best candidates for further stages of the recruitment process. • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates on LinkedIn. • Creating and updating talent pools in internal database. • Engaging with passive candidates and nurturing long-term relationships. • Creating reports on the recruitment process and its effectiveness. • Analyzing market trends and recommending recruitment strategies.
