Sales professional with academic background in Fitness Economics (B.A.) and Sales Management (M.Sc.). More than 10 years of progressive roles at KLAFS – ranging from regional B2C sales to leading B2B project sales across Northern Germany. Since 2025, serving as International Key Account Manager for the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa), Australia and selected parts of Europe. In addition to developing and managing partner networks, I’m hands-on in direct sales – frequently on-site in target markets. I develop long-term, resilient customer and partner relationships and turn complex projects into actionable sales decisions – always with a clear view of feasibility, risk and value contribution across all project phases.
Responsible for the development of strategic key accounts in the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa), Australia and selected parts of Europe. Managing exclusive wellness and spa projects in the premium segment (B2B & B2C). Close collaboration with local partners, architects and investors. From needs analysis and proposal phase to project execution. Also actively involved in direct sales activities on-site – from client consultations to deal closure. Regular international business trips and culturally sensitive relationship management. Deep understanding of different project dynamics and strategic positioning in premium environments.
I led the operational project sales business in Northern Germany while remaining active in sales myself - focusing on team leadership, coaching, strategic development and direct project support while holding full revenue responsibility.
As a project sales consultant I was responsible for consulting and managing complex wellness projects for high-profile clients such as hotels, spas, fitness clubs, medical centers, and public facilities. From first idea to final handover – always with a focus on customized solutions, technical expertise and reliable execution.
