Responsible for the strategic development of products and segments to drive sales growth and increase market share. Conducts market, competition, and consumer insights analysis to identify opportunities and define product direction. Generates new product and collection concepts, managing the full product lifecycle (SKU level) with a multi‑year vision for models and segments. Oversees product implementation in close collaboration with the R&D department, including validation and pre‑production testing. Prepares sales volume forecasts and contributes to defining business targets for assigned product categories. Works closely with Marketing, Strategic Procurement, Operations, and Analytics teams to build product strategies, material plans, and implementation roadmaps. Develops P&L statements, sets product thresholds, and defines pricing strategies aligned with portfolio positioning and competitive landscape. Organizes product workshops, dealer meetings, and collaborates with suppliers throughout implementation processes.
Provides technical solutions for gas evacuation using free‑standing chimney systems tailored to customer needs and project specifications. Manages end‑to‑end chimney supply projects, including quotation preparation, documentation, timelines, and coordination with internal teams. Performs hydraulic and draught calculations to ensure proper chimney performance and compliance with safety and engineering standards. Maintains close cooperation with customers, offering technical support, guidance, and professional consultation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinates the installation process of chimney systems, working with installation teams and ensuring proper system assembly and compliance with project requirements.
Manages and implements new product development projects, including creating and maintaining BOMs and SKUs. Leads prototyping, validation, and testing of new designs, coordinating prototype assembly and preparing products for serial production. Creates technical documentation, defines product specifications, and establishes manufacturing requirements. Collaborates with the Product Manager on developing concepts for components for conventional and electric bicycles. Initiates design improvements, cost optimizations, and technical changes based on material cost analysis and test results. Supports the production department, resolving technical and implementation issues during product industrialization. Participates in projects related to integration of new e‑bike drive systems. Manages development and production documentation in SAP. Works cross‑functionally with R&D, quality, production, and suppliers to ensure successful product introduction.
