Zu meinem Aufgabenspektrum gehört die Einführung intelligenter Technologien, von der Idee, der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Softwareauswahl, bis zur Implementierung und Betrieb der Lösungen. Ich habe langjährige Erfahrung als Projektmanager in verschiedenen Projekten für international agierende Unternehmen. ---- I advise on digitization and automation strategies. My strengths include the conceptual design and implementation of target operating models as well as organizational re-design for the introduction of new digital technologies. My focus is on intelligent automation, ServiceNow, and Agentic AI in combination with data & analytics, workflows and decision models as well as machine learning. My range of tasks includes the introduction of intelligent technologies, from the idea, the creation of technical concepts and software selection, to the implementation and operation of the solutions. I have many years of experience in various projects for internationally operating companies.
