Kilchberg, Zurich, Switzerland
Dominik built his first company at fifteen, importing Atari STs and Commodore Amigas and coding software. He never stopped building. What sets him apart is a rare combination: the creativity to develop hit content, the vision to build businesses around it, the analytical rigor to scale them, and a deep technological understanding — all driven by an entrepreneurial mindset. That mix has allowed him to found and scale businesses across media, music, and entertainment where others couldn't. Most notably, he founded the 3 Plus Group AG and built it into Switzerland's largest private TV group (four linear channels, streaming, and a strong social media presence). Before 3+, every well-financed attempt to establish private television in Switzerland had failed. Dominik succeeded — and sold the group as majority shareholder. His track record includes producing TV shows — several becoming market leaders in their demographics — and a feature film, launching two music labels, launching and running music television channel VIVA Plus in Germany, and establishing an advertising agency. He also co-promoted Street Parade, growing it into one of Europe's biggest one-day events with over one million attendees. Recognized as Media Manager of the Year 2017 and recipient of the Swiss Economic Award 2009. Ten gold and platinum album records. Dominik — a YPO member — has pursued extensive executive education at Stanford GSB (including SEP), Harvard Business School (including the YPO Presidents Program), MIT, Kellogg, and Cambridge, with a focus on AI, strategy, and innovation. Today, he runs Elevator Group AG, a media development company, while exploring his next venture.
