I am a graduate of the Master’s program Machining, Additive Technologies, and Quality Assurance at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where I obtained the title of "Engineer" in 2023. Since January 2026, I have been working as a Process Engineer at P&G Rakona. Previously, I gained practical experience as an NC Machine Technologist in the Turbine Casings Production department at Doosan Škoda Power.
Department of Turbine Casings Production * Lead programmer for the WHR13MC machine (TOS VARNSDORF) * Programming complex turbine components, such as seal bodies, bearing stands, oil inserts, blade carrier holders, and other critical turbine parts. * Over 350 programmed and executed programs for various CNC machines, focusing on precision and manufacturing efficiency. * Occasional programming for Škoda W200HA and Škoda W200S35 machines, ensuring flexible production and optimizing manufacturing processes. * Active approach to innovation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, with a focus on ensuring precision, safety, and maximum production efficiency.
Development of a qualification thesis on the topic "Design of boring heads kinematics for simulation in CAM system" as part of the Trainee Program.
Intermittent part-time job during school years. Work on welding robots, work at the press, assembly of mechanisms.
