i) Led the Data Team and coordinated key data-related initiatives across the bank. ii) Served as the central point of coordination for data and analytics topics between business units, IT, and external partners. iii) Managed the bank’s core data integration and delivery processes across the entire data value chain — from data ingestion and transformation through to the provision of data for downstream applications, BI data marts, management information systems, deposit protection reporting, and other key data stakeholders. iv) Key role in implementing GDPR-compliant data deletion processes, as well as in defining the bank’s data vision and the associated target operating model. v) Responsible for release management activities — including UAT, regression, and non-regression testing — for the Core Banking staging environment, ensuring the stable and reliable integration of changes into the existing data landscape.
- Data Warehouse operations: Monitoring and maintenance of daily ETL processing. - Relational modeling of the Core Banking data structure. - Adhoc Reportings: Data extraction, modeling, analytics, and provision via Tableau, SSRS or Excel. - Support for banking-related questions and data issues in the context of software projects. - Maintenance and development of data pipelines to software systems. - Development and automation of data pipelines for internal (e.g. MIS) and regulatory reportings.
