My name is Dominik and I have many years of experience as a creative producer, project manager and cinematographer. In the last few years I have gained and deepened my experience in the fields of film, advertising and storytelling as well as in project planning and implementation. During this time I was able to accompany many well-known projects from start to finish. Starting with the development of the first storyboards and ideas up to the coordination and production. I particularly enjoyed the implementation and working in the film team, where I was able to contribute my creative eye and hands-on mentality. This allowed me to gain experience in many different roles such as Gripper, Lighting, Directing, Shooting Supervisor as well as Location Scout on larger film sets, which ultimately allowed me to discover and deepen my key role in front of the camera. My passion for working with large teams led me from a young, talented film agency in Frankfurt to one of the largest camera manufacturers and rental companies in the world, where I not only had the opportunity to expand my technical knowledge, but also to follow the planning of large, worldwide film productions and to work across national borders. With all my insights into the industry, it is important for me to have the right values. When it comes to dealing with each other, I value honesty and respect. I believe that teamwork in the right environment always leads to better results. In particular, working on a movie set has shown me how important it is to trust each individual role on the set in order to meet the tightly planned schedules. This was also part of my job as a creative producer. Whenever I have the opportunity to shape content, I am passionate about authenticity, sustainability and responsibility. Good storytelling allows us to communicate important issues to the viewer in an empathetic and understandable way, and to leave an impression. On the subject of sustainability and responsibility, over the past two years I have been working with natural scientists on a documentary about regional biodiversity for the German Federal Agency for Nature Conservation.
